18 Months Old!?

Jaxon is 18 months old! Where has time gone? He gets to officially go to nursery on Sunday and we couldn't be happier about that! (We teach the youth sunday school and my oh my is Jaxon a HUGE distraction!)

Here is a little about Jaxon right now:
- He is 21.8 pounds
- He is in 12-18 month clothing (and sometime 18-24 month cause I pre-bought clothing, and so we roll a lot of his clothes haha)
- Size 4 diapers (Ps. did you know that Target diapers are AWESOME?)
- Favorite foods: Chicken nuggets, sweet potato fries (he loves to dip fries into ketchup), blueberries, pears, bananas
- He says "yes" if you ask him if he wants stuff. It's so cute. I'll say, "Jax, are you hungry?" and he says "YES!" with a huge smile on his face!
- He went to the beach for the real first time this month. He loved the sand and the ocean!
- He still doesn't really talk, but lets us know if he wants something... he will get really excited if he wants something, or whine if he doesn't lol.
- Words he can say: mama, dada, yes, ya, duck, dog, book (I think he's only said this one like 2 times), ball, "what's that?", that, yum
- He LOVES to point and ask "what's that?" to everything... ALL DAY
- The couch is his favorite toy. Seriously, I think we could leave him on it for a few hours and come back and he would still be on it lol. He runs back and forth on it, climbs on it, throws himself into it, and thinks it's the best thing ever.
- He loves rocks. He likes to pick them up, make a line with them, then put them away.
- He's a great listener. If he is doing something naughty, and we ask him to please stop, or go put something away, he does it. (But then he does the naughty thing again lol. He thinks it's a game!)
- He is a champ at walking and running
- He's still OBSESSED with Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and laughs and points while watching it. Adorable.
- We just switched him to one nap a day! (2-3 hours) and he is still sleeping 12-13 hours at night (except the last 2 nights he's decided he wants to play instead...)
- He has 12 teeth, 8 in front, and four molars. I think his canines are coming in...

 Jaxon had croup, an ear infection, and tonsilitis on the 4th of July. Let's just say, we didn't have the most fun 4th of July ever... He's still never seen fireworks!
