2 months!

Little Jaxon man is 2 months old today!!! We celebrated by going to the doctor for his 2 month check up. He is currently 10 lbs 9 oz, 22.25 inches long, and his head circumference is 15.5 inches around! He is perfect! About the 30th percentile for everything. Crazy that just a month ago he was 7lb 15 oz! He's been growing fast :) At the doctors today Jax had to get shots :( There were four total. Three in his legs, and one oral. He was so happy and talking to the doctor during the exam, but the second the first shot went in, he screamed. It was the SADDEST thing ever! Luckily my pediatrician is AWESOME and let me breastfeed him right there as soon as he was done, so it calmed him down immediately. They also gave us 8 cans of powder formula! (Jaxon takes one bottle at night)
Here are some fun things about Jaxon at 2 months:
-He sleeps in his cradle in his own room!
-When we put him in his cradle, he falls asleep all by himself :) Even after middle of the night feedings! He is such a champ!
-He usually gets a formula bottle around 9 PM then goes straight to sleep then sleeps 6 hours, then wakes up to eat and will sleep 3-4 the next shift. Not so bad!
-He HATES tummy time. He squirms and tries to crawl out of it.... so much that he actually learned to ROLL OVER!!! He did it 4 times on Sunday the 18th! He's going to be rolling all over the place pretty soon!
-He focuses on people's faces, and actually sometimes will copy your faces. It's SO cute!
-He talks and laughs at people

-He LOVES the ceiling fan. He usually will stare and laugh at it for a LONG time. (That's when mommy get's to shower!)
-He finally decided he likes his bouncer, and stares at the lights, and tries to reach for the toys.
-He still loves his binky (hasn't found those thumbs yet!)
-He loves his bath, and relaxes the second we put him in it.
-He loves story time. He looks up at mommy while she reads to him!
-He still has reflux, but is doing great on Zantac.
-He has a hard time going potty. He grunts and toots all day. And man do his toots stink!
-He is wearing 0-3 month clothes still, and I think he will for a while longer. He has a long torso and arms, and short legs (at least I think so!)
-He loves to cuddle with his mommy. He snuggles next to me and could stay there all day.
-He thinks his daddy is SUPER funny and laughs at him all the time :)

We are so in love with this little boy it's ridiculous. He is perfect in every way, and I can't believe he's already been in our lives 2 months!
